Experienced Chicago Real Estate Professional Robert Palley



Based in Chicago, Robert Palley has served as a partner at Granite Realty Partners, LLC, for nearly 25 years. His responsibilities in this role range from locating and researching properties for acquisition and development to supporting the firm in areas of capital restructuring. He has assisted the firm in the acquisition and development of over $750 million in property during his time as a partner. Prior to co-founding Granite Realty Partners in 1998, Robert Palley spent more than 6 years as the vice president of Jupiter Realty Corporation, also in Chicago, where he supported the development of more than a million square feet of Class A retail property, in addition to the acquisition of over 500,000 square feet of retail property.

Robert Palley studied biology as an undergraduate as Northwestern University in Evanston. He earned his bachelor of arts in 1980 and subsequently completed a master of business administration program at the university, graduating in 1983.

A few of Mr. Palley’s personal interests include traveling and watching sports. He also enjoys staying physically active by skiing and playing golf and tennis.
